Click Cab Car Ride Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all car rides booked through Click Cab. By using our service, you agree to follow the rules below to ensure a safe, transparent, and fair experience for both customers and drivers.

Fare and Payment

• Example Ride: 32 km — ₹3000 per customer, base fare per ride ₹100.
• If 80 rides are completed, the fare remains ₹100 per ride; all cutoffs apply.
• If 150 rides are completed, the fare remains ₹100 per ride; payment adjusted accordingly.
• Driver receives ₹100 minus 20% commission + GST paid to Click Cab.
• Payment is made directly to the driver, not to the cab company.

Nearby Driver Conditions

• Rides are matched with drivers within a 5 km radius of the user.
• Users must enter a unique code for pickup to confirm rides.
• If a driver accepts a trip but does not reach the pickup location on time, a 20% time fine applies.

Cancellation Charges

• Standard cancellation fee: ₹25 + GST per ride.
• Same policy applies to cars, bikes, and autos.

Driver Feedback & Ratings

Drivers are required to submit feedback immediately after completing a ride. This ensures accurate ratings and helps maintain service quality for future rides.

Other Notes

• We pay the driver directly; not the cab company.
• All rides follow the same fare and commission rules regardless of vehicle type: car, bike, or auto.
• 5 km radius applies for nearby driver bookings.
