REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Customer:

• Standard cancellation fee: ₹25 + GST per ride
• Cancellation charges apply to all vehicle types (car, bike, auto)
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method

Cancellation by Driver:

• Full refund will be provided if driver cancels the ride
• No cancellation charges will apply to customers in such cases

Refund Process:

• All refunds are processed automatically
• Refund timeline: 5-7 business days from cancellation

• Ride completed successfully - no refunds applicable
