Car Ride Terms and Policies

These terms apply to all car rides booked through Click Cab. By using our service, you agree to follow the rules and policies outlined below, ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent experience for both customers and drivers.

Fare and Payment

• Base fare per customer per ride: ₹100 (for 32 km ride example).
• If 80 rides are completed in a day, each ride remains at ₹100; all applicable deductions apply.
• If 150 rides are completed in a day, fare remains ₹100 per ride, with payments adjusted as per policy.
• Driver receives 100% of fare minus 20% commission + GST payable to Click Cab.
• Payment is made directly to the driver, not the cab company.

Nearby Driver Conditions

• Drivers are matched with riders within a 5 km radius.
• Users must enter a unique code for pickup to confirm rides.
• If a driver accepts a trip but does not reach the pickup location on time, a 20% time fine is applied.

Cancellation Charges

• Standard cancellation charges: ₹25 + GST per ride.
• Same cancellation policy applies to cars, bikes, and autos.

Driver Feedback & Rating

Drivers are required to submit feedback immediately after the ride is completed. This ensures accurate ratings and improves service quality for future rides.
